Admissions at Canopy Pines

One call is all it takes to know what comes next.

Start Here

The decision to call is the hardest part. What comes after it is not. Our admissions team answers questions honestly, gathers basic clinical information, explains what treatment at Canopy Pines actually looks like, and helps a woman and her family understand what the next step is. There is no pressure and no sales process. When she is ready, we are ready.

How to Get Admitted — Step by Step:

What to Bring, What Not to Bring:

Bring comfortable clothing for both indoor activity and time on the farm. Include layers for cooler mornings and closed-toed shoes suited for the property. Bring prescription medications in their original pharmacy containers with labels intact. Bring personal hygiene items, a journal if writing is part of how you process, and photographs of the people who matter to you. Leave valuables at home. Electronics policies are explained in detail during the admissions process. The policy exists to keep a woman’s attention on treatment. Specific items that are not permitted will be listed clearly during intake so there are no surprises on arrival day.

Visiting Policies:

Visitation at Canopy Pines is structured as part of the treatment plan. Family visits are scheduled in coordination with the clinical team and timed to coincide with stages of treatment where in-person connection supports the work. Early in residential treatment, the focus is on stabilization. Visitation typically opens as that foundation is built. Specific days, times, and any parameters are communicated clearly during admissions.

Costs and Payment Overview:

Canopy Pines works with most major commercial insurance providers. Our admissions team contacts your insurance carrier directly, verifies your specific benefits, and presents what we find clearly before any decision is made. Self-pay options are available for women who are uninsured, whose plan does not cover residential treatment, or who prefer not to use insurance. No woman should make a treatment decision without knowing what it costs. We make sure she does not have to guess.

The first call is free, confidential, and carries no obligation.
